Puzzle Information

The Puzzle Info option found under the File menu can be used to review information about your currently loaded puzzle. Use this information to judge the difficulty of your puzzle, or just for the fun of exploring the details of your new creation.

The following information about your puzzle will be contained in the puzzle information text:

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Puzzle title
Location of puzzle on your computer
Size of the puzzle grid
Notify if duplicate checking was not performed
Date puzzle was created
Date puzzle was last generated

WORD LIST INFORMATION:

Total number of lines in the word list
Number of lines that will be placed in the puzzle grid
Number of lines in the list that will be placed in the word list, but not in the puzzle grid
Number of invisible words that will be placed in the grid, but not the word list.
Number of characters in the word list that will be used in the puzzle grid
The smallest word size
The largest word size

PUZZLE GRID INFORMATION:

Number of puzzle grid cells that have a word
Number of puzzle grid cells that are blocked by a mask
Number of puzzle grid cells that are reserved for noise characters only
Number of puzzle grid cells that contain noise characters

INTERSECTION INFORMATION:

Number of intersections made up of two words
Number of intersections made up of three words
Number of intersections made up of four words

WORD DIRECTION INFORMATION:

Number of words placed forward and across in the puzzle grid
Number of words placed forward and down in the puzzle grid
Number of words placed forward and angled up in the puzzle grid
Number of words placed forward and angled down in the puzzle grid
Number of words placed backward and across in the puzzle grid
Number of words placed backward and down in the puzzle grid
Number of words placed backward and angled up in the puzzle grid
Number of words placed backward and angled down in the puzzle grid
