About Printing

You may print your puzzles by pressing the Print button on the Toolbar or by selecting the Print item on the File menu. Prior to printing a puzzle you must generate the puzzle grid using the MAKE button on the toolbar.

The Page Layout window is used to set the properties that control how your puzzle will look when printed or exported. This window can be accessed from the toolbar, the Settings menu, and by using the Page button on the Print Preview window.

The Text Paragraph window is used to define text paragraphs that will appear on the printed page. This window can be accessed from the toolbar, the Settings menu, and by using the TEXT button on the Print Preview window.

When you print a puzzle you will always be show the Print Preview first. You may also wish to use the Print Preview to review the look of your puzzle prior to exporting or generating a web page from your puzzle since it will show how the puzzle will look.

The printed and exported puzzle will be generated to fit the paper definition for the currently assigned printer.

Use the Printer Setup item under the File menu to change which printer puzzles will be formatted for and sent to when printed.
